CRM & Reporting: You are in charge of creating precise projections and progress reports for management by carefully maintaining and monitoring all sales activities, client data, and pipeline phases within the CRM system. Negotiation & Handover Support: You will assist the senior leadership in negotiating contract terms and ensuring a smooth, effective handover of new projects/clients to the Operations/Account Management teams.
