Advanced Troubleshooting: You will provide the highest level of technical assistance for equipment malfunctions, identifying and resolving intricate mechanical, electrical, PLC/control, and pneumatic/hydraulic issues while guaranteeing a quick Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). Process and OEE Improvement: To permanently eradicate equipment-related problems, shorten cycle times, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), you will oversee continuous improvement initiatives using techniques including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Lean/Six Sigma. Installation and Commissioning: You will oversee the technical requirements, FAT/SAT acceptance testing, installation, and effective commissioning of new manufacturing machinery and technological advancements. Documentation and Training: You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating technical manuals, schematics, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and training technicians and operators on complex equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
