Employment Type Full-time Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project objectives, target audience, and branding guidelines. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually represent website layouts and interactions. Design aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and responsive websites that align with client objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development process. Conduct regular design reviews and iterate on designs based on client and team feedback. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of our work. Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and overall visual style across multiple pages and devices. Optimize website designs for improved performance, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO). Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise. Knowledge of PSD to HTML, CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap,etc. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. Good understanding of accessibility considerations and web standards. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign or CC,etc.). Solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design techniques. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of Mobile App Design like material design, iOS app design etc. will be a plus point. Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
