Desired Outcomes: You will be responsible for the full machine setup process, including mounting and aligning work holding fixtures, accurately setting tool lengths and work offsets, and conducting the first-off component inspection. Your expertise in reading and proving out CNC programs, interpreting complex engineering drawings, and troubleshooting initial machine movements will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with CNC Operators and Programmers to reduce setup time, optimize cutting parameters, and maintain rigorous quality control standards, directly impacting our productivity and profitability.
