Process Optimisation and Lean Implementation: In order to find and fix bottlenecks, you will actively monitor and analyse assembly operations. To consistently increase productivity, cut waste, and improve line balancing, you will oversee the application of lean methodologies. Quality and Standards: You will work closely with the Quality team to carry out in-process quality audits, enforce assembly standards, and quickly execute Corrective Actions (CAs) to guarantee product compliance and get rid of assembly flaws. Team Leadership and Development: You will mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Assembly Supervisors and Operators, managing performance, conducting training on new assembly fixtures or processes, and fostering a disciplined, safety-conscious team culture.
