Boost Your Technical Career as a QC Engineer Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Challenges: The manufacturing sector is moving faster towards a zero-defect production future in which quality is an integrated, proactive process powered by automation, real-time data, and smart technology rather than a reactive inspection function. QC engineers with the ability to create and implement advanced inspection techniques that foresee and stop flaws will be necessary in the future. Our goal is to set a new standard for manufacturing excellence by guaranteeing that each product is perfect and compliant. What you will do: Throughout the production cycle, you will be in charge of a variety of quality control tasks. This entails creating and putting into practice thorough inspection protocols and checklists, carrying out functional and destructive testing, and precisely measuring raw materials and completed objects using sophisticated metrology instruments (such as CMMs, gauges, and vision systems). In addition, you will be responsible for carefully recording inspection findings, utilising Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, locating and separating non-conforming material, and working with the Production and QA teams to promptly address quality concerns and put Corrective Actions (CAs) into place.
