AutoCAD Design Engineer Where Passion and Accuracy Meet Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Education: Diploma/BE in Mech What You will do: Precision Draughting and Modelling: You will create extremely precise and thorough mechanical drawings, blueprints, layouts, and schematics for a variety of manufacturing components, tools, and fixtures using AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and maybe other CAD applications. Adherence to Standards: In order to ensure interchangeability and quality, you will make sure that all drawings closely adhere to the company's draughting standards, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) criteria, and pertinent industry specifications. Design Modification and Revision Control: You will oversee the engineering change order (ECO) procedure, carrying out any required design changes and upholding strict version control for all engineering drawings and documents. Collaboration with Production: In order to increase manufacturability and cost-effectiveness (DFM), you will work closely with the manufacturing, production, and quality teams to comprehend design requirements, handle fabrication challenges, and alter drawings in response to input. BOM Generation: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) associated with your designs, ensuring all required components and material specifications are clearly defined for purchasing and assembly.
