Key Responsibilities: Using organised approaches (such as the Stage-Gate process), you will autonomously oversee intricate, multidisciplinary NPD teams that include Tooling, Process Engineering, Quality, and Sales. Project schedules, budgets, risk analyses, and the feasibility of the finished product for your portfolio will all belong to you alone. For the injection moulding process, this involves making sure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) are optimised. The future market position and profitability of our business will be directly and palpably impacted by your strategic vision, in-depth technical knowledge of polymers and tooling, and capacity to promote cooperative innovation.
