How to Get Abs in 2 Weeks Easily

My routine contained 4 exercises without any rest between.

Crunches with knees raised:
try to lift your shoulders as far as you can
2. Leg raises:

for better support you can place your hands under your buttocks
3. Russian twist:

try to touch the ground on each side with both arms
4. Bicycle crunches:

make sure to completely extend your leg and touch your knee with your elbow
I was doing these exercises every two days for 30 reps each. At first I couldn’t manage so many reps so I would do like ~20 for each exercise and build my way up with 1–2 reps every time. For counting reps in exercises 1 and 2 is pretty straightforward, but for 3 and 4 I counted one rep as right-left (once each side). If this is getting too easy take 60–90 seconds rest and do it again
