Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
