Reconciliation and Balancing: To guarantee 100% correctness and spot inconsistencies right away, posted batches are daily balanced against bank deposits and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs)/Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Denial and Adjustment Management: The methodical identification and posting of all denials, write-offs, and contractual adjustments. For prompt action and appeal, you will classify denials and forward the related claims to the A/R follow-up team. System Integrity: Ensuring that the right codes and transaction types are used for posting and modifications in order to preserve the integrity of the patient accounting system. Process Improvement Feedback: Providing valuable feedback to the billing and coding teams regarding frequently occurring denial patterns identified during the posting process to proactively reduce future errors.
