The future demands Senior Tool Design Engineers who are masters of advanced CAD/CAM/CAE tools, capable of leveraging digital simulation, generative design, and automation principles to drastically reduce tooling lead times and ensure inherent manufacturing quality. Our vision is to be a leader in agile tooling solutions that enable high-precision, rapid-response manufacturing. What you will do: Leading the design of highly complex, multi-stage tooling using advanced CAD software, ensuring designs adhere to GD&T and DFM/DFA principles. Conducting advanced engineering analysis to optimize tool performance and lifespan prior to fabrication. Managing tool try-outs and validation cycles, coordinating with Production and Quality teams to achieve process capability targets. Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior designers, establishing best practices and standard work for the department.
