Your expertise in PLC/DCS systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensor calibration, and industrial electrical distribution will be crucial. You will manage a team of technicians, develop and refine Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, oversee adherence to stringent safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, arc flash), and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability. Your leadership will directly impact operational uptime, maintenance costs, and facility safety.
