Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Achieve set targets and objectives within specified timeframes. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. Stay updated on product/service knowledge and be able to answer customer queries effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
