Contributing to the provision of outstanding customer service via chat, email, and phone calls will be a key component of this position. What you will do: Interact with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone calls. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information and assistance. Build strong rapport with customers and ensure their satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. Meet individual and team performance targets, such as response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. What we need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening and comprehension skills. Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
