Get Started with This Fresher Assembly Engineer Position Job Description Primary Task: Design, develop, and implement efficient assembly processes to ensure high-quality product manufacturing. Responsibilities Develop and document assembly procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams. Design and optimize assembly fixtures, tooling, and workstations to improve efficiency and ergonomics. Conduct time and motion studies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in assembly processes. Collaborate with design engineers to ensure product designs are manufacturable and assembly-friendly. Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions. Required Abilities: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing tooling and fixtures. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
