Load and unload workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and secure fixturing. Execute CNC programs and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency. Perform tool offsets and make minor program adjustments as needed. Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Skills Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Experience with tool offsets and program adjustments.
