Become a member of our dedicated Chennai quality assurance team and contribute significantly to preserving and raising the calibre of our produced items. Your experience will have a direct impact on our production success and customer happiness in our organised and demanding environment. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and testing procedures specific to our manufacturing processes in Chennai. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, TS 16949, as applicable to the industry in Chennai). Participate in internal and external quality audits. Train production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices. Manage and maintain the calibration of inspection and testing equipment. Qualification: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Control Charts). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
