Simulate and verify CNC programs to ensure accuracy and prevent collisions. Prepare setup sheets and instructions for CNC machine operators. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programs and machining processes. Collaborate with engineers and operators to improve machining efficiency and quality. Maintain accurate records of programs and tooling. Skills Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and G-code/M-code. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
