Acquire New Potential customers as an adept CNC Programmer Job Description We are looking to add a talented and meticulous CNC programmer to our Chennai production team. The development and optimisation of CNC programs for our machining centres (milling, turning, etc.) will be your responsibility. This will guarantee the accurate and efficient manufacturing of high-quality components in accordance with engineering specifications. Responsibilities Using engineering drawings as a guide, create and optimise CNC programs for milling and turning machines. For precise and effective output, choose the right cutting tools and machining parameters. Use CAD/CAM software to create and edit G-code and M-code programs. To guarantee accuracy and avoid collisions, simulate and validate CNC programs. Create instructions and setup documents for operators of CNC machines. Diagnose and fix problems with CNC software and machining procedures. Work together with operators and engineers to increase the quality and efficiency of machining. Keep thorough records of your tooling and programming. Skills: solid understanding of G-code/M-code and CNC machining concepts. proficiency with CAD/CAM programs, such as SolidCAM and Mastercam. the capacity to decipher and comprehend technical designs. familiarity with machining parameters and cutting equipment.
