Wanting CNC Setters to Join an Exceptional Precision Team Job Description Responsibilities: Perform exact setup procedures for the various CNC machines (VMCs, HMCs, Lathes, etc.) that are used at our Chennai plant, guaranteeing peak performance for the manufacture of high-quality parts. Optimise for material type, desired finish, and the unique capabilities of our Chennai-based machinery by programming and accurately adjusting machine settings (speeds, feeds, depth of cut, and tool offsets) at the CNC control panel. Within the limitations of our Chennai plant's operating environment, continuously monitor CNC machine operations and make modifications in real-time to ensure consistent part quality, optimise cycle times, and achieve efficient production rates. Following the strict quality control procedures of our Chennai manufacturing facility, carefully check completed machined components using precision measuring tools to ensure full conformity to all required dimensions and tolerances. Skills: proficiency with a broad range of precision measurement tools, guaranteeing the exact dimensions of machined parts. thorough understanding of different cutting instruments, work holding techniques, and ideal machining settings for a wide variety of materials frequently processed in Chennai's manufacturing industry. Strong mechanical aptitude, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to independently diagnose and fix simple to complex machine setup and operating problems.
