Skills: proficiency with a variety of lathe machine types and knowledge of their working principles. proficiency in choosing and arranging the proper workholding equipment and cutting tools. the capacity to verify dimensions and guarantee quality using precision measuring tools. strong knowledge of the various machining processes and how they are used.
