Applying the correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to ensure accurate charge capture. Examining and evaluating medical records to guarantee proper charge entry. Identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in the charge entry process. Requirements for this role include strong familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, and medical terminology, as well as proficiency in electronic health record EHR systems and medical billing applications. Outstanding typing and data entry abilities, combined with a keen eye for detail, are essential for delivering high-quality results.
