Walkin Interview HMC Operator Jobs for Freshers Job Description Are you an experienced HMC Operator based in Chennai who is dedicated to manufacturing precise, high-quality components and has a solid grasp of machining procedures? Utilise your experience in establishing and running our Horizontal Machining Centres to create precise and effective machined products by joining our seasoned machining team in Chennai. We provide a steady and development-focused work environment where your machining abilities are much appreciated. Responsibilities: Set up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Load and unload workpieces securely onto fixtures and into the HMC. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately. Select, install, and adjust appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and inserts as per the machining program and material requirements. Input and adjust machine offsets and parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments to achieve first-piece quality and adherence to specifications. Qualification: Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in using various precision measuring instruments. Hands-on experience with tool selection, installation, and adjustment. Basic understanding of CNC programming (G-codes) is a plus.
