Drive Efficiency Join as a Production Manager in Our Team Job Description Your Impact: To oversee our maintenance crew in Chennai, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor. To maintain operating effectiveness and safety, the Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of managing the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities, machinery, and equipment. Strong leadership, technical proficiency in a range of maintenance disciplines, and exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this position. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to production teams within your assigned area(s) in our Chennai facility, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet production targets and customer delivery requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the application of lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, cost, and delivery, taking proactive steps to address any deviations. Lead and mentor production supervisors and team leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within their teams in Chennai. What you Need: Strong technical knowledge across various maintenance disciplines (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
