Establish Your Own Path with Offered Non Voice Process Jobs Job Description Your Impact: We are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive in Chennai who is efficient and meticulous. In order to ensure correctness and timely completion, you will be in charge of responding to consumer enquiries and processing data via written communication channels. Excellent written communication skills in English, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to function well in a fast-paced, digital workplace are prerequisites for this position. Being able to speak Tamil could be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Answer consumer questions in a timely, courteous manner and address their concerns via chat and email in English . Process and finish a variety of back-office duties with accuracy using our Chennai-based technologies, such as data input, form processing, and record changes. Keep detailed records of every client interaction, activity, and resolution in the systems that are assigned to you. Follow up with clients in writing to make sure their concerns have been addressed and they are happy. Assign complicated or unsolved problems to the proper departments for additional support, making sure that the issue is communicated in writing. What you Need: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to learn and adapt to new software, tools, and processes specific to our Chennai operations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment in Chennai. Prior experience in customer service or back-office roles involving written communication is preferred.
