Provide timely and effective communication with customers regarding service status and resolutions, in Tamil and English. Identify opportunities for service contract renewals and upselling of services or upgrades. Skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English. Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
