Lead the Shift Opening for Senior Shift Incharge Job Description Responsibilities: During your designated shift, oversee and manage every aspect of production at our Chennai manufacturing site to guarantee seamless and effective operations. To reduce downtime in our Chennai facility, keep a careful eye on the performance of the equipment and production processes. If you see any problems or bottlenecks, take quick action to resolve them. Establish and uphold all corporate policies and safety standards to guarantee a secure working environment for all employees when they are working in our Chennai location. Investigate operational and technical concerns that come up during the shift, taking remedial action or reporting problems to the proper staff in Chennai (maintenance, engineering). Keep thorough production records that are pertinent to the change in our Chennai operations, including output, downtime, material usage, and any deviations from conventional procedures. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organising abilities to work well with Chennai's team and other departments. extensive familiarity with the safety rules and practices that apply to Indian manufacturing, especially in Tamil Nadu. the capacity to prioritise projects, operate autonomously, and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced shift setting at our Chennai facility. proficiency with production monitoring systems and reporting tools pertinent to our Chennai operations, as well as a basic understanding of computers.
