Manage and develop the QC team, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering professional growth. Develop and manage the QC department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications applicable in Chennai and beyond. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed.
