Looking for Asst Manager BD with Manufacturing Experience Job Description Primary Task: To support and drive business growth for our injection moulding operations in Chennai by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and strategic objectives. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the injection moulding sector in Chennai and surrounding regions. Qualify leads based on their potential, needs, and alignment with our capabilities. Understand client needs, applications, and project requirements. Present our injection moulding capabilities, technologies, and solutions to potential clients. Close sales and ensure smooth handover to the operations team. Track and report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts. Required Abilities: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
