As an Engineer in Business Development, join our dynamic team at our Chennai-based company and use your technical expertise to find and seize new business possibilities in the injection moulding sector. For a highly skilled person who wants to blend engineering expertise with business savvy, this is an interesting position. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities within the injection moulding industries in Chennai and surrounding regions Generate leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to potential customers. Assist in the preparation of quotations and commercial proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and competitive pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and procurement personnel at potential client organizations. Participate in technical discussions and negotiations with clients, addressing their engineering concerns and providing solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials and content. Qualification: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
