Manage specific NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards within the Chennai context. Conduct thorough market research and analysis, including competitor analysis and identification of customer needs specific to the Chennai and broader Indian market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Production, Marketing, and Sales (potentially based in Chennai and other locations) throughout the NPD lifecycle. Develop detailed product specifications, technical documentation, and manufacturing feasibility assessments for new products intended for production in our Chennai facility. Skills Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing NPD projects from concept to launch. Solid understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical and market challenges.
