Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from payers and patients with questions about billing and processing payments. Work well together with Chennai's billing, coding, and other pertinent departments to enable quick and easy claim processing and payment collection. Skills: the capacity to professionally and empathetically manage delicate discussions. strong precision and attention to detail while recording payment and correspondence details. basic computer literacy and competence with the MS Office Suite and pertinent billing applications. the capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively in a goal-oriented setting in Chennai.
