Keep abreast on the most recent developments in paint technology, materials, application techniques, and environmental laws that are pertinent to both international trends and the Indian manufacturing industry. Skills Proven track record of successfully leading and managing paint shop teams, achieving production targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of quality management systems and their application in a paint shop environment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
