Welcome to Our Dynamic HR Team 25 Batch Job Description Are you a proactive, people-focused human resources professional with a base in Chennai who is enthusiastic about creating a happy workplace and using good HR practices to support organisational success? As an HR Executive, join our dynamic team at our Chennai-based company and take on a pivotal position in overseeing a range of HR responsibilities, guaranteeing a seamless and encouraging employee lifecycle. Your HR experience will have a direct impact on our most significant asset, our people, in our cooperative, growth-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Oversee the hiring process from start to finish, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and choosing candidates. Act as the employee's point of contact for questions and issues, responding to them promptly and competently. Help with the performance management system's administration and installation. Keep track of staff training records and assess how well training programs are working. Help with the management of benefits and payroll initiatives. Contribute to the creation, execution, and dissemination of HR policies and procedures. Keep HR databases and employee records current and correct. Encourage staff feedback and communication channels. Qualification: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Tamil. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
