Skills: basic computer skills and knowledge of the call centre software or CRM systems that are frequently utilised in Chennai. the capacity to multitask and switch between systems during a call. strong precision and attention to detail when recording encounters with customers. the capacity to perform well under duress and properly manage difficult client situations.
