Clearly, succinctly, and professionally respond to consumer questions via chat and email. Reach or surpass performance goals for both the team and the individual in terms of customer satisfaction, resolution rates, written communication response times, and call handling. Be professional and upbeat in all of your communications. Respect the company's data security and privacy guidelines. Skills: aptitude for active listening and the ability to effectively understand the needs of clients. The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and express ideas both in writing and verbally. basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with relevant tools, including email, chat platforms, and CRM systems. high emphasis on customer care and a genuine desire to help customers.
