Make sure that all calculations are correct and that payments are made on schedule by processing complete and final settlements for resigned or fired personnel. Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other relevant taxes, as well as all other statutory deductions and remittances, making sure that returns are filed on time and that deadlines are met. Produce and provide employees with proper paystubs, payroll reports, and other payroll-related paperwork.
