Using a variety of platforms, such as social media, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn and Naukri), online job boards, employee recommendations, and local job fairs in Chennai, create and execute efficient sourcing strategies. Collaborate with hiring managers in Chennai to comprehend their hiring requirements, team dynamics, and job requirements in order to ensure that candidate profiles are in line. Examine applications and resumes to find eligible applicants who fit our Chennai teams' culture and the job requirements. Perform preliminary phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate the qualifications, background, and cultural fit of candidates; as necessary, modify the questions to reflect the local environment. Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities, with the capacity to establish relationships with Chennai hiring managers and candidates. Excellent networking abilities and the capacity to establish connections within Chennai's local talent pool. knowledge of social media hiring, online job boards, and professional networking sites that are pertinent to the Chennai market (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
