Coordinate and schedule further interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Administer assessments and tests as required. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Qualification: Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
