Being an Experienced HR Executive and Join a Lively Team Job Description To join our team in Chennai, we are looking for a creative and energetic HR executive. You will be in charge of overseeing a variety of HR-related tasks, fostering a great workplace culture, and making sure that our most valuable resource—our employees—is managed effectively. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR principles, as well as exceptional interpersonal and organisational abilities, are prerequisites for this position. Responsibilities Support the entire range of human resources tasks for our employees in Chennai while making sure that local labour laws and Tamil Nadu-specific company rules are followed. In charge of our Chennai office's hiring and onboarding procedure, which includes finding applicants, holding interviews (in Tamil and English), organising logistics, and making sure the joining process runs smoothly. Organise and lead staff development initiatives to improve knowledge and abilities within the Chennai team, possibly use regional training materials. Help employees in Chennai with performance management procedures, such as goal-setting, feedback meetings, and performance evaluations, while maintaining cultural sensitivity. Maintain correct personnel attendance and leave records while making sure that company regulations and Tamil Nadu labour laws are followed. Skills: the capacity to uphold confidentiality and discreetly manage sensitive employee data while honouring regional privacy cultural standards. proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite. knowledge about the widely used HRIS systems in India.
