Reach the call handling and sales goals that the Chennai team has established. What you Need: Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues effectively and professionally. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software commonly used in Chennai.
