Assign complicated problems to the right teams for additional research and handling, making sure that overseas clients are handled smoothly and that follow-up is conducted. Pay attention to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Reach or surpass performance goals on both an individual and team level for call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction for clients in other countries. Skills: Active listening abilities and the capacity to successfully comprehend client needs in a variety of cultural circumstances. Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity for rapid thought and solution-making. rudimentary computer literacy and familiarity with pertinent software programs.
