Actively seek out and locate competent applicants via a variety of methods, interacting with Tamil Nadu and Chennai talent pools. To find passive candidates, apply database mining, networking, and Boolean search strategies. Examine resumes and applications to determine a candidate's suitability for vacant vacancies in Chennai. Assess candidates' abilities, backgrounds, and cultural fit through preliminary phone screenings and interviews. Make sure every candidate has an equitable and uniform interview experience. Required Abilities: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in Tamil and English are essential for interacting with hiring managers and candidates in Chennai. strong ability to influence and negotiate. the capacity to efficiently prioritise tasks and handle several requests at once in a hectic setting.
