The ED conducted raids under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) at 13 different locations in Mumbai and Hyderabad on Thursday, May 15, 2025. In these raids, a large number of incriminating documents including about Rs 9.04 crore in cash, diamond jewellery worth Rs 23.25 crore and gold and silver have been seized. Based on several FIRs registered by the Mira Bhayandar Police Commissionerate against builders, local goons and others, the ED's Mumbai Zonal Office-II has initiated the investigation.  | |
