Acquire Further Expertise as an HVAC Technician Job Description Are you a certified and seasoned HVAC technician stationed in Chennai who is dedicated to offering top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services and has a solid grasp of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems? Join our committed facilities management or service team at our Company in Chennai and help ensure that our HVAC systems are maintained and operated at their best, creating a cosy and effective atmosphere. We provide a steady, growth-oriented work atmosphere where your technical knowledge is well appreciated. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment, including split ACs, window ACs, centralized AC plants, chillers, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components. Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, lubricating parts, and checking refrigerant levels. Recharge or recover refrigerants according to environmental regulations. Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications. Qualification: Strong understanding of HVAC principles, refrigerants, electrical wiring, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with HVAC tools and testing equipment. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
