Track production performance indicators in real time, diagnose production problems, and take swift, efficient remedial action to stop them from happening again. Oversee projects aimed at improving product quality and lowering moulding process flaws through continual improvement. Ensure that moulds are production-ready and performance-optimized by overseeing tooling activities such as mould trials, new mould commissioning, maintenance, repair, and storage. Create a supportive and cooperative work atmosphere that promotes cooperation, problem-solving, and ongoing education. Effectively manage staff performance, carry out evaluations, and resolve any personnel concerns. Skills: ability to diagnose and fix complicated machine problems and process-related problems. the capacity to perform well under duress in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. solid knowledge of Tamil Nadu's and Chennai's supplier base, labour regulations, and local manufacturing environment.
