Responsibilities: Create, carry out, and oversee thorough preventive maintenance (PM) plans and protocols for all machinery and mechanical devices. Oversee the troubleshooting of intricate hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Make suggestions for and carry out improvements to mechanical systems to increase their longevity, safety, and efficiency. Create technical reports about maintenance expenses, equipment performance, and improvement projects. Assure adherence to all legal mandates for the upkeep of mechanical equipment in India. For specialised maintenance or the installation of new equipment, collaborate with outside suppliers and service providers. Qualification: Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance planning and tracking. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a systematic approach. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Tamil.
