Expand Your CNC Programming Facilities Further Job Description To join our team of expert machinists in Chennai, we are looking for a highly qualified and precise CNC programmer. In order to create high-quality components in accordance with engineering drawings and standards, you will be in charge of developing, refining, and confirming CNC programs for a variety of machining operations. Strong analytical abilities, a dedication to accuracy and efficiency, and in-depth technical knowledge of CAM software are necessary for this position. Responsibilities Create, develop, and optimise CNC programs for a range of CNC machines using part specifications, technical drawings, and 3D models. Toolpath generation, machining process simulation, and program accuracy verification are all possible using CAD/CAM software. Choose the right holders, workholding equipment, cutting tools, and machining techniques to get the surface finish, part quality, and production efficiency you want. Choose the best cutting settings (feeds, speeds, and depth of cut) according to the machine's capabilities, the type of material, and the tool. CAM programs should be post-processed to produce machine-specific G-code and M-code. To ensure safe and effective machining processes, assess cycle times, and identify possible collisions, run thorough program simulations. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities for program optimisation and machining troubleshooting. Strong communication abilities in Tamil and English are essential for working well with the Chennai team. a dedication to creating programs of the highest calibre and meticulous attention to detail.
