Accurately record all client interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems; this may involve correct English summaries or transliteration. Assure a seamless handover by elevating complicated issues to the proper teams for additional research and resolution. Skills outstanding ability to communicate verbally in Malayalam using excellent language, a professional tone, and good pronunciation. Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity for rapid thought and solution-making. rudimentary computer literacy and familiarity with pertinent software programs.
