Seeking a New start Be an admin executive soon Job Description Primary Task: To manage office operations, offer full administrative support, and make sure that everyday tasks are completed smoothly and effectively in order to create a productive and happy work environment for all of our employees and guests in our Chennai office. Responsibilities Oversee the daily activities of the office, making sure it is tidy, well-organised, and presents a professional image. Verify that every piece of office equipment is in good operating order. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, guests, and staff, giving a cordial and expert greeting. Help in the creation of reports, presentations, and other formal papers. When necessary, record meeting minutes and make sure they are distributed on schedule. Analyse travel spending reports and make sure that company travel regulations are followed. Required Abilities: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver with a strong attention to detail. Customer-service oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
